Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Slackroid ([registered business name and address]) (“Slackroid”, “we”), which makes HypeKaro, for use of the HypeKaro service. By using HypeKaro you accept them.
1. Access
HypeKaro is invite-only. We review requests and may approve or decline them. Logins are personal; keep your password safe and tell us about any unauthorised use.
2. Plans, invoices and taxes
- Plans and limits are shown on our website. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are added to the invoice.
- No payment is taken on this website. After approval we send an invoice payable by bank transfer or another method we agree on, in advance for each monthly or yearly period.
- If an invoice is unpaid 7 days after its due date we may pause the account until it is paid.
- Plan limits are fair-use limits per billing period and don't carry over.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time by email; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed. Monthly fees are non-refundable once the period has started. Yearly plans cancelled within 7 days of payment are refunded for the unused months. If we end the service for reasons not caused by you, we refund the unused part of your period.
4. Your content and accounts
You own the content you create with HypeKaro. You are responsible for what you publish, for having the rights to what you upload, and for following each platform's rules. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and publish your content for you.
5. AI-generated content
Content is produced with AI models and can contain mistakes. Review posts and ads before they go out, especially facts, prices, offers and claims. Don't present AI-generated scripts as genuine customer testimonials.
6. Acceptable use
Use of HypeKaro must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that break it.
7. Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on third-party platforms and AI providers whose features, limits and rules can change. We are not responsible for their decisions, such as rejecting a post, limiting reach or restricting an account.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep HypeKaro available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or reach.
9. Ending the service
You may stop using HypeKaro at any time. We may end or suspend access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or legal reasons. You can export your content before your account closes.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction]. Courts at [your city] have exclusive jurisdiction.
