Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 November 2026
This policy explains what personal data HypeKaro (“we”, “us”), a product built and run by Slackroid ([registered business name and address]), collects, why, and your rights. We handle it in line with the data protection laws that apply to us and to you.
1. What we collect
- Access requests: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, company, website, plan of interest, channels and your message — only what you type into the form.
- Account data (approved customers): login email, name, and the content, brand details and files you add to your workspace.
- Connected channels: access tokens you provide so we can publish on your behalf. They are stored encrypted and used only to publish what you schedule.
- Technical data: a one-way hash of your IP address for spam and abuse prevention. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
2. Why we use it
- To review your access request and contact you about it (your consent, given on the form).
- To provide the service you asked for: generate content, schedule and publish it, and support you.
- To send invoices and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Who we share it with
Only service providers needed to run HypeKaro: hosting, email delivery, the AI model providers used to generate your content, and the social platforms you choose to publish to. Each receives only what that task needs. We may disclose data when the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
Access requests that don't become accounts are deleted within 12 months. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days after it closes, except invoices and records we must keep by law.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise your rights. Email hello@slackroid.com. We reply within 30 days.
6. Security
Data travels over HTTPS, channel tokens are encrypted at rest, and access to customer data is limited to people who need it to support you.
7. Grievance officer
